All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

European Union: Door-to-door truck delivery — 3–5 weeks
Outside the EU: 4-6 weeks
Shipping origin: Vilnius, Lithuania (European Union)
Shipping costs: free shipping
Import Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country.
Please note:
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
Customs clearance services are not included for deliveries outside the EU.
Cosmodome is not responsible for any additional customs charges or delays.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will provide replacement parts or other solutions for free. We do not offer returns or refunds on our products.
